As the president of the board here at MPCA, I am relieved to have Bill on board as our property manager. It has been a huge step up from our previous managers ( 5 fired in 10 years for abysmal unprofessional performance ).
It is massively important to have a person running the show that knows what they are doing and how to get it done. This may be the first property management company I don’t have to fire and that would be a true blessing.
Riverlane Management has my recommendation and I hope Bill will continue to run this business in the same fashion for years to come.

I am new to The Reserve at Point Meadows and admit after living in two single family homes in 30 years, I was apprehensive about living in a condo and having a HOA. I have been so pleased with Lori who has answered questions and concerns by myself and my realtor since before I even closed. Since, she has proven her worth to me many times over. She truly cares about this community and works hard to resolve everyone's issues and concerns. I feel we are blessed to have her and she has put my mind at ease with the transition from single family living to condo living.
In addition, I want to give recognition to our maintenance person, Barbie, and Elizabeth at River Lane Management. Barbie is the hardest working person one could ask for. Elizabeth has been very helpful in providing information regarding the HOA fees and the options to pay them without incurring additional fees. I am grateful for these three ladies and the help they have provided me throughout this transition and process.

Beth and Todd really helped us out. They were nice, professional and very prompt in helping us get the HOA approval that we needed. Many thanks!
